Currently, we are about 80 colleagues in the Dialoghaus. 60% of all colleagues are impaired. Together, however, we find that it is precisely these differences that make us particularly strong. We love the meaningfulness of our work and the touching feedback from our visitors on google, facebook, Instagram and tripadvisor. Or very personally in dialogue. We all have a common goal – an empathetic world without prejudices, with encounters at eye level.
