WHAT AGE GROUP IS KIDS IN DIALOGUE SUITABLE FOR?
Kids in Dialogue is an interactive experiential exhibition designed especially for children aged 3 to 7. Social skills and dealing with emotions are taught in a playful way.
WHAT CAN CHILDREN LEARN FROM KIDS IN DIALOGUE?
Kids in Dialogue teaches children social learning, empathy and team spirit. They learn how to recognize, name and deal with emotions and understand why cooperation is important.
CAN CHILDREN EXPLORE THE EXHIBITION ON THEIR OWN?
Yes, the exhibition is designed to be interactive and encourages children to touch and explore everything for themselves. Our staff are on hand to provide support and guidance to ensure a safe and educational experience.
WHAT MAKES KIDS IN DIALOGUE UNIQUE?
Kids in Dialogue is unique because it enables children to learn through active participation and with all their senses. The exhibition creates an inclusive environment in which children can develop social skills in a playful and supportive atmosphere.
IS THE EXHIBITION ALSO SUITABLE FOR GROUP VISITS, SUCH AS FROM DAYCARE CENTERS OR PRESCHOOL CLASSES?
Absolutely, Kids in Dialogue is ideal for group visits by daycare centers, kindergarten groups or preschools. The interactive elements and experience stations in the exhibition encourage group interaction and joint learning. We also offer discounted group tickets for daycare centers and kindergartens.
ARE THERE SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS?
We strive to make Kids in Dialogue accessible to all children. Please contact us in advance to discuss specific needs so that we can ensure the best possible experience for each child.
IS KIDS IN DIALOGUE ACCESSIBLE?
ATTENTION: We unfortunately cannot provide wheelchair access to the experience at this time. We are working on a solution and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Toilet: An accessible toilet is located in the foyer on the ground floor.
DO PARENTS OR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS NEED TO BE PRESENT DURING THE VISIT?
We encourage parents and accompanying adults to take part in the exhibition. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn together and create unforgettable memories. Please note that you are responsible for the supervision of your children.
IS THE EXPERIENCE SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 OR OVER 7 YEARS OLD?
Kids in Dialogue is generally also suitable for children under 3 or over 7 years of age, as the exhibition offers many opportunities for discovery and encourages interaction between siblings of different ages, for example. Our experience shows that older children also have a lot of fun, but tend to finish the exhibition and experience stations more quickly.
DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
We recommend booking online in advance to avoid waiting times and ensure that you get your desired date. You can use our online ticket store to conveniently check availability and book tickets directly, which will then be sent to you by email. This way, you can arrive with your digital tickets 20 minutes before the start of the experience. If you have any further questions, our visitor service will be happy to help you by phone or email.
And if you are in the area spontaneously, you are welcome to drop by our box office and find out about our immersive experiences and availability on site.
